About Stretch Your Dash & Greg
I am living proof that small, sustainable lifestyle choices lead to a healthier, more fulfilling life. At 69, I am in the best shape of my life—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. My journey has been shaped by a lifetime of grit, perseverance, and a deep passion for helping others.
A Foundation of Hard Work & Resilience
Growing up as one of ten children, I learned the value of hard work early. My parents instilled in me the importance of integrity, respect, and doing the right thing. Whether it was delivering newspapers at nine years old, carrying double golf bags as a caddy, or leading teams throughout my 45-year career—I never shied away from a challenge. Grit has been my superpower. It carried me through tough times, shaped my leadership, and ultimately led me to redefine my own health and wellness in my 60s.

My Turning Point

At 63, I hit a low point. A successful career and a lifetime of leadership couldn’t shield me from the reality that I was losing energy, motivation, and direction. I had gained 20 pounds, felt sluggish, and wasn’t taking care of myself. Then, an unexpected moment—a casual video of me at a family gathering—forced me to see what I had been ignoring. That day, I made a choice: to prioritize my health with a holistic approach—one that went beyond just diet and exercise. I realized that sustainable health includes gratitude, hydration, gut health, brain health, and socialization—all working together to create long-term transformation.
The Birth of Stretch Your Dash
In December 2024, I retired—not to slow down, but to follow my passion: inspiring others make better lifestyle choices, every day. Stretch Your Dash is about more than just fitness—it’s about integrated, practical, and forward-focused well-being that is sustainable for life. This is the philosophy that changed my life, and now I want to inspire others do the same.
The Vision
My goal is to make Stretch Your Dash a movement that positively impacts 1 million lives. Whether through coaching, community, or conversation, I want to inspire people to take small, simple steps toward long-term health—because momentum builds, habits stack, and transformation lasts. Everything is figureoutable. No matter where you are on your journey, you can start today.
