This week, I’m writing from a place I’ve dreamed about for a long time — Bandon Dunes in Oregon. Three days of golf with our oldest son. A true bucket list trip.
But here’s the truth I’m reminded of as we walk these fairways:
The bucket list was never the goal.
The connection is.
Standing on the first tee with him, I felt something deeper than excitement. I felt gratitude. Gratitude for time. Gratitude for shared experiences. Gratitude for the chance to slow down and be fully present with someone I love.
We talk a lot in Stretch Your Dash about investing in the moments that matter. This trip is one of mine. Not because of the course — although it’s incredible — but because of the conversations, the laughter, and the memories we’re building with every step.
Your Call to Action:
Think about one person in your life who deserves more of your time and presence.
Not someday. Not “when things slow down.”
This week, choose one intentional moment with them.
A walk. A coffee. A phone call. A shared experience.
Your Dash grows richer every time you do.
Have a great week!
