Two weeks ago, our family grew again — we welcomed our seventh grandchild into the world. And with each new little life, I’m reminded that blessings don’t always arrive with fanfare. Sometimes they come wrapped in a blanket, with tiny fingers and a quiet reminder of what truly matters. Grandchildren have a way of slowing us down. They pull us into the present. They remind us that legacy isn’t built in accomplishments or accolades — it’s built in moments. In laughter. In stories passed down. In the way their eyes light up when they see you walk into the room. Every time I am with one of them, I feel the same thing: gratitude. Gratitude for the chance to be part of their beginning. Gratitude for the opportunity to pour into a future I may never fully see. Gratitude for the reminder that life’s richest blessings are rarely loud — they’re simply felt. Your Call to Action: Think about the people in your life who carry your legacy forward — children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, neighbors, or young people you mentor. Choose one intentional moment this week to invest in them. A story. A walk. A conversation. A memory. Your Dash grows deeper every time you do. Have a great week! |
